KROGER REFRESH CAMPAIGN

Conceptualized and executed a new look, tone and feel for the 2016 enterprise-wide Refresh campaign for all divisions to utilize with the goal to further build lifelong loyalty by translating company Big Bet messages and pricing programs into emotive messages that resonate with Kroger (and its banners) customers—highlighting the reasons to make Kroger the only place customers can imagine shopping.

Creative assets were carried over into all Kroger marketing channels like the weekly circular, web, TV, OOH and social, which required closely working with each creative and marketing team.

The results were increased store visits and sales and improved customer understanding of what Kroger proudly stands for.
